    Hi there,

    What is the account menu? What items/pages should reside here? Please help me set this up.

    Hello,

    Account menu will be displayed for authorized user as shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/a9bwf5

    You can create this menu in Appearance > Menus and add to it all pages/items you want.
