Accordion Setup for Privacy & Terms Policies page

I as wondering how does each tab in this accordion has it’s own link (https://xstore.8theme.com/informations/)

I am trying to find an element that does the similar experience to have all policies in one page, and link each tab to it’s own button.

So when I need to use each tab’s anchor in separate fields and use them them in many cases, (facebook apps, google apps, etc..).
