    Hello XStore Team,

I’m using the Accordion widget in my footer, created with the XStore Footer Builder.

    Issue
    • When clicking an accordion item, it opens but the expanded content is often hidden below the viewport, so users need to manually scroll up to see it.
    • After manually scrolling once, the accordion works better, but on the first open it does not auto-scroll into view.

    What I need
    • I would like the accordion in the footer to automatically scroll into full view whenever an item is expanded, so visitors immediately see the opened content without needing to scroll manually.
    • Ideally, this should also take into account the sticky header (so the accordion title and content aren’t hidden behind it).

    Request
Could you please guide me on how to achieve this behaviour?
    • Is there a setting in XStore or Elementor to enable this?
    • If not, could you please provide a snippet or solution that ensures the accordion in the footer scrolls into view on the first open?

    Thank you!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello @Aakash,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Please note that there is no built-in functionality to automatically scroll to the bottom when an accordion is opened or closed. If you require additional customization, we kindly invite you to submit a request through your account at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/.

Kindly be advised that we do not offer customization services via our support forum, as this falls outside the scope of Envato’s policy. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for adhering to our support guidelines.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
