    Hi,

Is there a way to access the custom page heading image for woo product tags from elementor dynamic variables?

Elementor lets me access the product tag description in a loop grid using the archive description dynamic property but I need access to the image also to build my collections page properly. Right now it just has a default image, like so: https://eyehigh.co/collections/

    Thanks.

    Hello @YT,

We hope this message finds you well.

Could you kindly try using the “Product Category Heading Image” dynamic tag (please refer to the screenshot here: https://prnt.sc/OEhVQ4c0HQ0k) and let us know if it works in your case?

If the issue persists, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with additional details, such as the URL of the editor, relevant screenshots, and temporary access to your website. This will help us investigate the issue more thoroughly and assist you more effectively.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hey Jack,

    Thanks. It kind of works.
The custom image on the product tag is referenced correctly when using Product category header image dynamic tag. But it only appears in elementor when editing the loop item template.
Otherwise the image doesn’t display in the loop grid widget when editing the collections page nor does it appear when loading the actual page itself.

Also a weird thing has happened now. After changing dynamic tag to product category header image, now the fallback image for the dynamic tag doesn’t load either. So no image loads on the collections page for each loop grid card.

Checked the queries on the loop item and loop grid to make sure it was using product taxonomy. That seems fine. Not sure what next.

Find the ftp/WP login creds in the private area if you want to poke around.

    Thanks.
