Hi

My product page have overlap problem, header covered some content, another page have Header overlap option, but this page have no same option, I can’t find any option to improve this problem in theme options.

how do I solve this?

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > Header > Header styles > Header over the content > off.
Enable the overlap only on pages where it is required via [8theme] Layout options https://prnt.sc/o199tb

please try again, because active another plugin, it will cause this problem.

and I temporarily disabled it, it should be able to see theme options.

Shop page is a specific page. You need to create a static block with the desired content and bg settings. Then use shortcode of the block to show that content on the shop page.

Hello,

WPBakery page builder does not enable necessary scripts if you use the shop page content because Shop page is the special WooCommerce page.
I would recommend you to use Static Block option and then Static Block shortcode to display it at the shop page (Theme Options > Shop > Shop page layout) http://prntscr.com/o1f6nu
