Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce Incompatibility

Hi there!

Sorry for so many tickets!

I’ve just downloaded an installed ‘Abandoned Cart Pro for WooCommerce’ (https://www.tychesoftwares.com/store/premium-plugins/woocommerce-abandoned-cart-pro/), and I’m having a similar issue, works on default theme but not XSTORE.

Would really appreciate if this could be looked into please 🙂

Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.
Describe in more detail with screenshots how it works with the default theme and what exactly is incorrect when XStore is activated. Also, you can contact the support of the plugin and ask for help from their side also.

Thank you for the reply Rose,

So, the easiest way to check the functionality is on their own demo site, if you add a product to the basket it will give you a ‘create cart’ pop-up for customers to enter their email.

When XStore is enabled it doesn’t popup at all, nothing happens 🙂

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not an option built into the theme at the moment. We will see if this can be improved in the future.

Thank you Hung,

I understand, this is why we have downloaded the plugin, I mean that it seems xtheme doesn’t work with the plugin, it works when we disable the theme.

Is there any way to fix this?
