    Hello,

    Provide, please, admin panel and FTP access. We’ll check what could be the reason of your issue.

    Hello,

    I see that google analytics code is’t showing on the top of the page
    To increase speed of page we recommend you to install cache plugin like (W3 Total Cache)
    Give 777 root on folder (Royal/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha) and for all files and folders in it.
    And one more the wp-admin credentials are not correct. Please check and provide us again.

    Regards,

    the google analytics code is not showing as i had to install an extra plugin and remove it from your theme…
    I installed W3 Total Cache but it crashed the site not operating the menu in mobile…
    still the mobile version havent got the up button…

    the speed in mobile in googles test is ONLY 60 while in desktop is only 83…

    your theme needs a lot of work and your support must get better…

    To see the up button on mobile you should add this code in theme custom css

    @media only screen and (max-width: 480px){
    	#back-top {
    		display: inline-block!important;
    	}
    }

    this is annoying…I did what you said about giving 777 root on folder (Royal/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/inc/really-simple-captcha) and for all files and folders in it.
    but as from today morning now the security code isntt working…

    also the speed stays too low 60-83 in google (mobile-desktop) and this has nothing to do with the plugins or the server as I have the same plugins in another wordpress site with another theme and ransks 89-95 in the same server..

    please help…

    Hello,

    Sorry for a long delay.

    We still have a limited permissions to wp-admin panel – http://prntscr.com/c5y0ln
    and got the following message when trying to log via FTP:
    “530 Login authentication failed”

    Also you can speed up the site following the suggestions from these articles:
