I have some quesiton on the mobile menu

    1) I have enabled “extra content” for mobile menu so the menu has 2 tabs, is it possible to put a link in the main menu and when I click on it, the menu will jump to the “extra content” tab?

    2) Please see attached picture, may I know how do I move the menu icon to the right side (as per the redbox postion), and the menu on the left of the icon? Also how if I want to remove the word “Menu”?

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions.

    1. There is no such option, unfortunately.

    2. As you are currently editing the header builder template, we are unable to check the settings – https://prnt.sc/ua_LcSBtCFMK

Checking again, I have enabled “extra content” for mobile menu so the menu has 2 tabs, is it possible to put a link in the main menu and when I click on it, the menu will jump to the “extra content” tab? I am just thinking a special link or css should do? Please help to investigate and advise, thank you!

    Hello @kmc,

We hope this message finds you well.

For guidance on using WordPress anchor links with Elementor, we kindly recommend referring to the official Elementor documentation available at the following link: https://elementor.com/help/create-anchor-links/.

In summary, you can assign a unique ID to a section or container on the desired page where you would like the scroll action to occur. Then, in your menu, you can create a link in the following format: yourlink.com#custom_anchor.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Thanks for your suggestions, however I don’t see any options to add a Css ID or custom Anchor on the extra content menu. See attached picture.

    Hello @kmc,

We hope this message finds you well.

To achieve the desired result, please add the appropriate anchor links to the menu items within the menu you have selected for display on mobile devices. In your case, the menu is titled “Mobile category.”

To do this, kindly follow these steps:
    1. Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard.
    2. Go to Appearance → Menus.
    3. Select the “Mobile category” menu.
    4. Add the necessary anchor links to the relevant menu items.

For further guidance, you may refer to the following tutorial:

Hi, I have tried to add the anchor links in both link attribut and CSS class, either of them is working.

I added a link in main mobile menu to link the anchor links.

    Hello @kmc,

We hope this message finds you well.

Upon thorough review, we have confirmed that the requested functionality is not available by default. To address this, we have implemented a custom code snippet (https://gyazo.com/e6ede0ce5b32e0e922a74c655c005772) that enables scrolling to a specific section when a URL with a target is used.

We have added the following ID “jumpover” to the container on your homepage: https://gyazo.com/30eed095067e88678f3a690429ce553a. Additionally, the menu item has been configured in the following format: https://gyazo.com/afcf0c880c4c0d1974896eb8b03a3ca5.

For your reference, we have also uploaded a video demonstrating the current functionality to the private area.

Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Hi, I think there was some mis-understanding, this is not what I want.

I attached two images, when I click the mobile menu item on image 1, I want it to automatically switch to the extra content menu (image 2)

    Hello @kmc,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We would like to inform you that the functionality you are referring to is not available as a built-in feature. However, it can be achieved through additional customization, which falls outside the scope of our standard support services.

    We appreciate your understanding.
