Hi,
A broken page is loaded on the mobile after every few hours. To make it right I have to clear the site cache every time.

Can you please look into it a little deeply. I don’t have the FTP. WordPress provide SFTP. The info is in the private content area.

Hello, @aniwalunj,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We suggest that you turn off the Mobile Content Optimization option (Theme Options > General) if you are using a cache plugin for mobile devices, as both optimization options can conflict with each other.

If the issue still persists then create temporary wp-admin access, so we can check your settings.

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

Hi Sir,

I check the option that you said was disabled by you. It was not disabled. And the problem appears every few hours. I will have to wait for few hours and check the result again.

I don’t know what action was taken by you but I will get back to you after a few hours when I check the result.
