Hi! When trying to create the tutorial megamenu in static blocks, 8themes elements do not appear. How do I solve it?

Thanks for using our theme.
Do you use latest versions of the theme and Core plugin?
Could you provide URL of the site and temporary wp-admin access?

Hi thanks for checking. However what is missing is the 8themes tab with widgets elements as well as the Xstore elements. I tried to follow your video tutorial to create the megamenu and I came across the lack of the 8themes tab in this area even though you posted in the photo

Okay, but there is no problem with the elements of the xstore, but the problem is with the elements of 8themes. If you watch your megamenu tutorial there is an 8themes tab where an element is used to make the megamenu. The tab name is Eight Theme

Hello,

Video was made in 2018. Now 2020, we have made a lot of improvements to that panel including icons and the title of the tab.
