8THEME Tabs default style not working on Mobile

Hi there,

On mobile devices, 8THEME Tabs default style not working. Only first tab is opened by default and when we click on the other tab then nothing happened. Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience.
Unfortunately, we do not have a ready solution for now.
This bug was added in our task list and will be fixed in next theme update. As a temporary solution, you can replace tabs on Home page.
Feel free to ask if you have any other questions.

Hi there,

You theme has sever issue on Tabs. Other Tabs are not even working on Desktop website. I created 3 tabs but content of first tabs shows. When I click the other tab, products keep loading but don’t show.

Please look into this matter, I have urgency on this and my website is live with this theme.

Hello,

We will reply here, once get the answer from our developers about the problem with our tabs.
Default Tabs element http://prntscr.com/lhqdk2 should work fine on your site. If is doesn’t work, make sure that you use the latest version of XStore Core plugin + all required plugins are updated https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/37-plugins-update Also, try to disable all 3rd party plugins to check if one of them causes the problem with default tabs.

This happened when I tried to update a plugin “WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) v 5.5.5” from your plugin download folder.

This was little older and tried to update as per your advice.

As you can see there errors relate to your plugins http://prntscr.com/lhr798 Try to rename these plugins via FTP to disable them on site and then contact authors of these plugins.

Have you updated Ultimate Addons plugin? Please note that this plugin doesn’t come bundled with our theme.

Yes, I did. Website is not loading.

I can access admin panel and there is a error

“GMAPS for Visual Composer: Please check if Visual Composer is active on your website.”

This error came when I tried to update “WPBakery Page builder (formerly Visual Composer) v 5.5.5” from downloaded from website.

As soon I deactivated the plugin to remove this. Site go down. I uploaded this from Cpanel and activated then. But there is errrrrrrror.

Please help.

The site is back now.

I activated “WPBakery Page Builder” in plugins.

I have disabled following:

– Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer
– GMAPS for Visual Composer
– ArexWorks Shortcodes
– ArexWorks Content Types

Not sure why it happened and what plugins I need to keep.

Hello,

Look, it’s difficult to find the reason of the problem if we don’t know the versions of the plugins that you use, we don’t know if your existing versions of these plugins are compatible with the new version of WPBakery and don’t have access to check it.

Make sure that the Ultimate Addons plugin is 3.17.0 version, GMAPS for Visual Composer – 1.5. Contact ArexWorks Shortcodes, ArexWorks Content Types plugins author to get information about the compatibility of their plugin with WPBakery 5.5.5.

If it does not help create the temporary user for our support and provide me access to your Dashboard to check in more details because it’s difficult to help just reading your description of the problem.

Hello,

We’ve sent etheme.min.js file to your registration email. Please rename etheme.min.js file in xstore/js folder and upload the new file, then clear cache and check tabs. If all works fine, you can delete the renamed file.
