  Not sure what I did, but I no longer have the 8Theme Options available in my WordPress Dashboard. I’ve deleted the XStore theme and reloaded it, but my 8Theme Options are still not available and therefore I can’t make important changes. How do I recover from this situation?

  Hello,

  Please, make sure that Redux Framework plugin is installed. Aslo, if you use the latest version of our theme than you should go to 8theme Options and actiate theme to be able to use options.

  Hello,

  I am also having this issue- I checked the Redux plugin and it is up to date.

  (My site also isn’t loading- I can only access the WP admin/dashboard).

  Hello, @schnellk

  Because XStore theme was not enabled http://prntscr.com/kqu1cr Once theme is enabled I don’t see any issues with theme options.
