500 internal error - by queenb123 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Why do i keep getting this 500 internal error, once i get this error, the website completely screws up and it is a bloody pain to get my web hosting company to give a back up of my website, is there something wrong with the theme, is it unastable? Just tire dof this and it is so frustrating, been through this 6 times!

    ok still didnt help me

    apparently there are malicious files in my ftp folder, i may need to restart the site again!

    did you guys upload anything when i gave you ftp access?

    Internal Server Error is related to server configuration and you have to contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.
