    Hi Team,
I have encounter the same error again. Hostinger stating that there is 500 error and email intimation stating that Critical error indicating Xstore Core plugin.
The home page layout is gone to a mobile view when i open the site on widows. Please see attached. On the Mobile view it states that there has been a critical error on this site.
If you look at the site now. You will be able to see what i was talking about in my last ticket. But since i restored the back up previously, i guess that cleared the error.
I have created the Admin access to the site and the FTP Access for your email.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Eslyn Dsouza

    Hello, Eslyn Dsouza,

Thank you for providing access. We have made the necessary changes to the file. Please check if the issue has been resolved, and don’t forget to clear the cache during this verification.

    File path: wp-content/plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/elementor/general/product-carousel.php

HI Andrew, I do see that the site seems to be working as it should now. Thank you for your swift action.

However, I see a few other red indicators come up.

    1. Tools > Site health shows one critical error. pls see the attached screenshot for reference.
    2. Xstore > Patcher shows 3 unapplied Patches… Should I apply these? (Now that I recall all the critical error issues started after applying all the patches)
    3. Xstore > System Status shows that the max execution time needs to be Min120 and max of 180, and it shows 120 with an amber tick. Should I be worried about this? Is this something you can fix, or can you advise me on how to get it fixed?

    Hello, Eslyn Dsouza,

    1) The “critical issue” you are seeing is related to the server response time, not to the absence of caching.

In fact, caching is functioning correctly on the site – this is confirmed by the detected headers such as x-litespeed-cache, etag, and age. These indicate that the pages are being served from the cache as expected.

The warning appears because the measured server response time is approximately 635 ms, while WordPress recommends keeping it below 600 ms. This is a very minor deviation and does not indicate any functional issue or misconfiguration.

It is also important to note that this metric depends on several factors beyond page caching, including:
    • current server load,
    • hosting environment,
    • PHP/MySQL performance,
    • background processes or cron jobs.

Therefore, even with properly configured caching, this check may occasionally display a warning.

    In summary:
    • Caching is active and working correctly.
    • The message is a performance recommendation, not a critical malfunction.
    • No immediate action is required unless you notice significant speed issues on the frontend.

If you wish, I can perform a more detailed performance analysis (TTFB, uncached requests, etc.) to identify any potential areas for further optimization.

    2) As far as we can see, the patches have already been applied.

    3) This is not critical. The maximum value of 180 is used only when installing demo content. A value of 120 should be sufficient unless you plan to use a large number of third-party plugins.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

Let me monitor the site for the next few days, and if I find any issues with the site, I will get back to you for the detailed performance analysis.

Thanks once again for your detailed response…
