Dear Jack Richardson,

Thank you so much for your previous help with my IDStore theme. I updated the theme to the IDStore 4.0 version.

It seems to be working fine for the most part. There are two things that I can’t seem to get working properly. Could you take a look at them for me?

1- I am not able to get any of the footer widgets to show or have access to them in WP control Panel/Appearance/Widgets

2- Product menu not showing up on product pages side bar. Ex.

Hello,

I’ve tried to connect with provided FTP login details but received the error “530 Login authentication failed”.
Please reset FTP credentials and then check from your side before you send them to us.

Dear Jack Richardson,

Sorry for the trouble. I have created a new ftp account. Please try this one. It worked for me using filezilla.

if you have trouble, could you remove the ftp. from the host name and see if then it works?

Jack, I just noticed what is happening…

your “Private Content” box is changing some of the characters of the password…..

Hello,

I’ve checked this issue with default WordPress theme “Twenty Fifteen” and there are no available widgets in Appearance > Widgets menu. It means that it’s non-theme related problem. In this case you need to contact WordPress support or search a solution on their support forum.

Hi Jack Richardson,

Thanks you so much for all the work you did on the site. I will contact WP to see if I can find out the widget issue.

Will the changes you just made just now be erased if I update to WP 4.3 or any do any other updates?
