I am facing these issues. Kindly help me fix these.

    1. Buy Now or Add to Cart Button, Wishlist & Size Chart link not showing on product page

I have added a product to test it out but the Buy button does not show. Add to Wishlist & Size Chart not showing as well.

Moreover, by default it keeps showing Out of Stock even when I have added, let’s say, 100 quantity in Stock Management.

    2. How to add Quantity for each Attribute (sizes) in Stock Management

I have t-shirts in M, L, XL and XXL sizes. I want to add, let’s say, 30 for M size, 50 for L sizes, 100 for XL and XXL sizes. How do I do that?

Right now, I can only add Value for all Variations but I want to add Value for each size.

    3. Sidebar on Blog Post not showing

I have enabled sidebar for blog posts but it is not showing on individual blog posts.

NOTE: I watched your tutorial videos and followed the instructions and yet I am unable to fix these issues.

    Hello, Will,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1, 2/ We have noticed that you are currently editing the only product on your website. As a result, we are unable to make changes to it simultaneously. To proceed, we created a duplicate of the product and reviewed its settings.

We observed that although you have added attributes, the variations have not yet been created. The following article may help guide you through the process of setting up variable products:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

    https://prnt.sc/vbOP6l90UmIz

Wishlist & Size Chart link can be added via XStore Builders > Single Product Builder with Elementor > edit template.

Go to the Variations tab and create a variation for each size. For each variation, you can set individual stock quantity by enabling “Manage Stock” and entering the desired quantity (e.g., 30 for M, 50 for L, etc.) – https://prnt.sc/d-wVZpzLwYRg

3/ Go to XStore Builders > Single post > edit template.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    I need help with the following;

    1. On my Shop page, the Title Tag is not showing. Title tag says Page Not Found. How do I fix this?

    2. On Related Products section at the bottom of product pages, I am unable to change the colour of the Select Options button. How do I do that?

    3. On the Select Options button, how do I change the text from Select Options to View Details?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. Regarding the issue with the Title Tag on your Shop page displaying “Page Not Found”, please ensure that the Shop page is correctly assigned in your WordPress settings. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > General and verify the Shop page assignment there. If the issue persists, try re-saving your permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking “Save Changes” without making any modifications.

    2. To change the color of the “Select Options” button in the Related Products section, you can do so via Theme Options. Please go to Theme Options > Styling > Buttons and adjust the button background and text color settings accordingly.

    3. To change the text on the “Select Options” button to “View Details”, you can use a translation plugin such as Loco Translate. Navigate to Loco Translate > Plugins > WooCommerce, search for the “Select options” string, and replace it with “View Details”, do the same for XStore Core plugin translation. This method allows you to change the button text without modifying core files.

Please let us know if you need further assistance with any of the above steps.

    Best Regards,

    Hello,

Regarding point 3, we understand that you’re having trouble locating the “Select Options” string using the Loco Translate plugin. To assist you further, please ensure the following steps have been completed:

    1. Navigate to Loco Translate > Themes in your WordPress dashboard
    and
Navigate to Loco Translate > Plugins in your WordPress dashboard
    2. Select your active theme (e.g., XStore) ,
    and
    WooCommerce, XStore Core plugins
    3. Choose the appropriate language file (e.g., English or your desired language).
    4. Use the search bar to look for the “Select Options” string.

Hi Alex, this is going past my head.

I have shared Temporary Admin details. Could you please do this for me?

One quick question: After making the changes, if I update WordPress and Woocommerce, will the changes stay or will it change with the updates?

    Thanks.

    Please contact administrator

    Hello,

    Private Content

You will not lose any changes after the update.
Also, after every update, you need to synchronize the translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/. Sometimes new strings are added, and only after synchronization, you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed. Not always, but some strings can be missing after the sync and you need to find and translate them one more time, this is independent of us and relates to WP functionality.
