Hello,

(1) The thumbnail of the cart popup screen is broken, I’ve checked the html and it only shows <img class="media-object" src=""> which img link is lost, is there any way to fix this issue?

(2) The options’ images of variable product is not switch in the quick view window, can you help me fix it?

Hello,

At first your wp-admin panel redirected to https://www.domain.cc/mafiac/wp-login.php url, now it’s redirecting to https://www.domain.cc/wp-login.php.
What are the correct url and correct credentials?

Hello,

I was able to log in and redirected to “My Account” page. When I tried to open dashboard I was redirected to this page:

How do I access wp dashboard?
When I try to access it via top bar http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0111/h_1452537791_3775975_57d787b6b8.png I got redirected here http://storage5.static.itmages.com/i/16/0111/h_1452536735_2810939_94d7e8159d.png .

Could you please temporarily switch off all your restrictions for the problem investigation?

Hello,

I’ve added other product to cart and image is shown:

Try to reupload featured image for the product “VOV 超持久凝膠指甲油” and check Cart popup window then.

Concerning the quick view variation images we’ll forward this issue to senior support level, they will try to implement fix in the next theme update.

Hello Eva,

Thanks for helping.
I’ve figured out that the external featured image caused the cart popup thumbnail missing, but I can’t find out what caused the quick view variation images switching issue. It’s too bad…

So, may I delete the FTP user and your wp admin account now?
