As mentioned in the previous message. I had problems uploading your theme on my domain even though I am very familiar with theme upload. It took me a few days but I still failed to load it properly on my domain.
So please help me fix the issue and install the theme and demo content on the existing data.

As a fellow user of XStore, I find that the theme requires a lot of resources to function correctly on the onset. Typically I will import the demo to a local installation of WordPress on my computer, since it has much more resources than a website server. Then once the demo is successfully installed, I will export the site using either Local By Flywheel or WP All-In-One Migration and import it to the host’s installation of WordPress. I hope this helps to some degree

It is recommended to run import on a fresh WordPress installation. For this you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset and reply with temporary wp-admin access, via the Private Content area. We will help you with the import https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market/

About the error in Theme Options, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase the SubstituteMaxLineLength to 10M or 20M.

Hello,

Contact your hosting support to get help with the increase of SubstituteMaxLineLength. As a rule, this limit caused the 500 error of the Customizer. To be 100% sure provide us with the server error logs. There should be the error that explains what limit is reached.
