размер фото на обложку магазина docan-vendor

Подскажите размер ото на обложку магазина docan-vendor? тк crop не оаботает на сайт а если добавить например 300/250 то смотрится размыто фото и это понятно ведь размер екрана более 1000 px

я сделала данный формат но все равно предлогает кропнуть фото, а при кроп выдает ошибку!!! помогите решить проблему.
