отображаются не все категории в Prodact categories list

отображаются не все категории в Prodact categories list (secton “List of all categories XStore” на странице home темы) – фото видно что у меня есть 3 категории и подкатегории 3, но в данном виджете отобоажается только одна категория – как это настроить что бы отображались все категории и подкатегории?

We have reviewed your screenshot, and unfortunately, it does not clearly show how many products are in each category. Kindly double-check and ensure that the categories are not empty.

Категорий на сайте 3 и 3 подкатегории.
Товары действительно в 2х категориях не было. Я добавила товары во все три категории (Knives – 13 товаров, Sharpening – 1 товар, Axes and Hatches – 2 товара) и они стали тоже отображаться в блоке List of all categories XStore. Но в теме еще указано название товара и их количество (если я правильно понимаю) – у меня на сайте только отобразились 3 категории.

в оригинальной теме кроме категорий отображаются и подкатегории – как мне это добавить у в своем магазине?
