Hello,
1) Could you provide screenshot of the issue for better understanding because I don’t see issue with the dark mode https://prnt.sc/114s5wt
2) We can’t log in to your WP Dashboard to check the settings. Check the username and pass that you provided.
3) I see that you use File generator. So, you need to generate styles again after theme update and clear cache if you use cache plugin or CDN.
