Hi I’ve just spent past 2 hours trying to figure this out.

I can’t intsall the demo data and when I do I get a blank page but if I resize the pages smaller I can see the site but it has error

Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/t564620/public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/framework/shortcodes.php on line 556

Also I got a load of failed to import errors

I’ve reinstalled WordPress in case I did something stupid and have spent hours going over the fourm here to figure it out. Has anyone got any ideas whats going on?

Hello,

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the values of upload_max_filesize, post_max_size functions to 64M and memory_limit to 128M.
After that try to install demo data again.

Hi Eva,

I’ve done that. They told me to add the following to the end of the htaccess file.

php_value memory_limit 128M
php_value post_max_size 64M
php_value upload_max_filesize 64M

Its still not resolving the problem for me. Any ideas?
