  Hello. Please take a look at my site (link in private content). Under the services tab, hover over and you will see menu items have image. I want to display the image right away instead of having a hover, I want it to display right away. Already tried several ways with the check boxes you provide but not working.

  Also, I want it to be like the https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/ demo of the shop hover. I do not want them straight down in a big tall list. I want to have 2 or 3 columns with the links I provide in that menu.

  Thank you Eva for that reply. That accomplishes half of the task. Now, the image does not appear static when the menu opens. I have to hover over the link for the menu to appear. I want it to be readily available when that menu is opened and to the left of the text. I also do not what that black box around it. There is nothing that explains that in your documentation.

  Hello,

  You can only add background image for parent menu item, not for a submenu.
