  Hi, I have purchased the woopress theme two days ago. I can’t install using theme upload directly from wordpress, so i have used ftp to upload the themes.

  After installed and activeted the theme, I am having error updating the setting for the theme, everytime after making a change to the theme, i will be routed to an error page 404 when i save the changes.

  Please guide me how to go through.

  Hello,

  We need FTP credentials (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password) too.

  Also you need install all required plugins that is shown in the dashboard.
