Ajax Error

<p>Hi, We have Problem with ess_grid.json file uploaded. we have get ajax error<br>and we need to setup cosmetics demo content with all pages. please help me out. <br> Thanks

Hello airtthemes,

please specify what ajax and ess_grid.json errors do you have, provide us with FTP credentials for your site in private content and update all required plugins to latest version.

Hi, i install demo content in wp theme like you told in your doc file.then i upload reval. slider also update but not update properly in cosmetic demo. in pages we need blog pages,contact us, and etc..
in your them i can’t see them in pages. section.
and same prob. in menu also. i provide ftp details to you..

pl help me to set cosmetic demo properly.
like your live preview.

We can’t connect via FTP getting this error:
Response: 421 Sorry, cleartext sessions and weak ciphers are not accepted on this server.
Error: Could not connect to server

Please check it with your hosting provider.

Hello,

You have low values of post_max_size and upload_max_filesize functions. Ask your hosting provider to increase these values to 50M. Also increase memory_limit value.

After that try to install base demo content in Theme Options > Import/Export.

Hello i was increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values to 50M. but i have Tried to try setup your theme please help me to install cosmetic ess_grid.json and complete demo data with cosmetic simple page.

Hello,

I’ve installed “Cosmetics” template. You can find it in wp-admin panel > Pages > Cosmetics page.
Please check.

Essential Grid isn’t shown because Post Type is selected as “Product” in Essential Grid settings, but you don’t have any products. Create some and add featured images for them.

Or ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value and install base demo data in Theme Options > Import/Export > Install base demo data button.
