  Installed your theme with the latest version the plugins. Inserted a video in Master Slider and is showing correctly in Chrome and Mozilla. In IE and mobile devices ( Android and IOS ) is not being displayed at all.

  Moreover that chat box in IE disappears

  OK for mobile devices. I’ve mentioned that neither in IE the video is being displayed
