Static Block Footer Background - by Pancherello

Hi, I am experiencing this concern having just purchased this.
The homepage and a couple of other pages I have created display the static block background correctly, I cannot see any logical reason for it not to display on all pages.

The shop page, news page and contact pages do not display the background from the static block? I have read through other customers threads and can see this is a reoccurring problem.

Is this something I can fix as I’m not very happy having to create additional Login accounts after every update, please kindly advise how I can fix the issue so after future theme updates, I may resolve this quickly.

Hello,

The problem is related to Ultimate VC Addons plugin.
Did you update it to 13.3.6 version? Please do this and after that you have to recreate your static block.

Yes, I downloaded it from your site this morning. When you say recreate it, do you mean delete the original and create a new one from scratch?

Hello,

Yes, you need delete current elements in the static block you created and re-add them again and set background.

Hi, I have deleted the static block and created a new one. I’m running the latest update for WP, theme and plugins. It is exactly the same – still not showing the static block background on all pages, I am wasting too much time trying to solve this.

I have created you a temporary login below, please can you advise the solution asap.

Hello,

The problem is caused by the latest version of Ultimate VC Addons plugin. We’ll fix it in the next theme update. Meanwhile we added background image with functionality of Visual Composer plugin http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/1020/h_1445357579_4808605_d3e6fd4237.png .

Please check footer now.

Hi, thanks.

The footer top I created was curved, it appears flat as the padding is squaring it off. I’m happy to leave like this until the upcoming update if it will be soon.
