  Hello!

  I’ve been missing updates (theme and plugin) for some long time because I had other projects. Today I was thinking getting back to work with this site and applied latest theme update. After this update my site is totally crashed and I can not figure out what went wrong.

  Please give us correct WP Dashboard and FTP credentials.
  Also update Woocommerce and other plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

  Hello,

  Are there any restrictions on a server?
  We still can’t access WP admin panel and FTP credentials are incorrect. Please check them and check what is blocking access on a server.

  Just checked with server administrator, yes, there are restrictions outside our country region for security purposes. They need your IP address to grant access.

  And, yes, I found mistake in FTP credentials I gave you. Please see correct ones in private content

  You had Woocommerce version 2.2.8 and the latest version is 2.4.7.
  So now the plugin is up to date.
