    Hello,

    Can i please ask you to check my child theme? If i activate it the entire website goes crazy and it looks awful.

    If you can have a look and let me know what im doing wrong it would be most helpful.

    Your FTP credentials aren’t correct. Please check it.

    Hi Robert,

    they are all correct, just make sure if you are cut and pasting that there are no gaps. All is working here fine, using port 21. Im using Filezila and i just cut and paste and all is working well.

    Unfortunately we still can’t connect via FTP, getting this error:

    Are you using any special settings for FileZilla?
