  I’m editing my hp with visual composer, i click preview mode and my page displays fine i.e. the banners are full width, but if i preview the page my banners display don’t display full width and show a massive white space above it…

  also visual composer won’t save blocks in backend view…only frontend

  Hello,

  what version of Visual Composer are you using? If it is lower than 4.7.4 please download latest version here: http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and manually update.
  In addition please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content.

  Solved the issue I was having, it was a block of code I got of mailchimp for a form, I removed it and it fixed its self.
