Revolutions Slider doesn't work - by masangga

Hi,

I have an issue regarding demo installation, first I have installed the demo data, but later I find that it shows some issues;
Failed to import Media “3”
Failed to import Media “16”
Failed to import Media “112”
Failed to import Media “102”
Failed to import Media “84”
Failed to import Media “92”
Failed to import Media “62”
Failed to import Media “128”
Failed to import Media “146”
Failed to import Media “22”
Failed to import Media “02”
Failed to import Media “07”
Failed to import Media “12”
Failed to import Media “042”
Failed to import Media “04”

and then I followed the instruction that mentioned in ID Store Documentation section “Home page”, the result I got that it doesn’t show any slider in frontpage, even though I imported the idstore-revolution-slider-import as well..

How to solve this?

I installed the theme Legenda with the demo version “Restaurant”, but the revolution slider does’t work in homepage

Hello @kemical,

Please go to Revolution Slider > open the slider settings and click “SlideShow-Auto”, then save the settings.

We did a fresh install of your theme today and loaded the base content only.

The Revolution Slider doesn’t work. It’s not showing up at all on the demo “Home” page.

I’ve seen a few issues with this and your support responded with the message below. (which doesn’t work). CLicking on “slide-show” doesn’t work, you can’t select it it says “Preset Loading” but doesn’t seem to stay selected. After clicking save, still nothing.

Please go to Revolution Slider > open the slider settings and click “SlideShow-Auto”, then save the settings. Regards, Eva Kemp.

Looks like the demo contact that imported for the home page had the slider code in the visual composer but wasn’t selected in the right sidebar. That fixed the issue.
