    Hello,

    Unfortunately we still can’t connect via FTP:

    Is any port used for connection?

    Regards,

    I think no,

    do you have the possibility to try with Cyberduck?
    Filezilla give me the same error.

    Meanwhile, I will investigate about port presence.

    Thank you

    Hello,

    I’ve connected to your server via FTP and made necessary changes in the wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/content-single-product.php file in line 128. Also I’ve added the css code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS:

    .custom_text {
        width: 250px;
        font-size: 13px;
        text-transform: uppercase;
        background-color: #C1C0C0;
        position: absolute;
        display: table-cell;
        font-weight: bold;
        text-align: center;
        padding: 3px 3px 3px 3px;
    }

    Please check if it’s what you want.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Great!

    I’ve only need a little assistance for understund now how customize it!

    I’ve just copied this css proprieties in my custom stylesheet and customize it in this new version:

    .custom_text {
    width: 555px;
    font-size: 13px;
    text-transform: uppercase;
    background-color: #dbd0dd;
    position: absolute;
    display: table-cell;
    font-weight: 400;
    text-align: center;
    padding: 15px;
    margin-top: 30px;
    margin-bottom: 30px;
    }

    but changes doesn’t work.
    Why?

    From where can I customize the css layout proprieties of the button? From the Theme Options too?

    And from where can I modify the text content?

    Hello,

    Please note that you can add and edit css code directly in Theme Options > Custom CSS > needed css section, as shown on the screenshot http://prntscr.com/8opoof

    You can edit text in the wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/content-single-product.php file in line 128.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    As I see your site is displaying blank page. It may be caused by your customizations in the wp-content/themes/royal/functions.php file. You can also turn on debug mode by changing line 81 to define('WP_DEBUG', true); in the wp-config.php file to see all errors on your site.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
