  Hi Support,

  When I select the register page from either a menu item of through a link on a page. The site goes to the main URL and never see the register page in the browser window.

  Is there a setup option or a function that needs to be changed or activated?

  I am currently running the “Parallax” installation on our site.

  You provided us with FTP credentials, but we also need access to WP admin panel.

  I’ve just checked and register page working perfect. You must be in logout mode to see this page.
