  I’d like to edit / change the default theme or woocommerce image on the shop page. When I change the woocommerce settings – products – display and set a shop page there is a static image on the page, but I cannot edit the image.

  Never mind. I answered my own question.

  Its under Theme Options >> Shop >> Product Page Banner
