  hallo

  At the checkout I activated the terms and conditions. So the customer has to agree them.
  This field is placed under the button place order. Can I place it over the “place order” button?
  This makes it easier for the customer.

  Hello,

  Try to use this code in custom.css file:

  .checkout-steps .checkout-step .place-order .button {
     margin-top: 50px;
  }
  .form-row.terms {
     margin-top: -90px !important;
  }
