Trouble importing demo content for snowboard theme

I have followed the documentation. When I try to import the demo content in
theme options – import – click on blue button (which then says is successful) – then click on snowboard – I get the green notification that it’s been done correctly….however I immediately receive an error above the theme options box that states

“OptionTree has outdated data that should be removed. Please go to OptionTree Cleanup for more information.” and that the database has duplicate files and needs to be cleaned up.

I go through the process of cleaning them up and then again try to import the demo content and select the snowboard them and the problem occurs again.

Same issue for me – OptionTree message – while trying to install the jewelry store theme. The message I got was the same as the user in this link https://www.8theme.com/reply/83711/ . I followed the procedure.

It also seems to install another theme on the site. I would like to clean up the wrong demo content and install the desired one – jewelry store.

I am attaching wp & ftp credentials in Private

Thank you! I just installed the demo content and selected my theme successfully!

However, when I sign into the wp-admin I still receive the error – OptionTree has outdated data that should be removed. Please go to OptionTree Cleanup for more information.

Should I click on optiontree to clean it up? Or will it delete something crital to the child theme working?

You can click “OptionTree Cleanup” link to clear the database from odd data.
