Variations disappeard - by adierel - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi!
I have been using legenda for some months now. all of a sudden all the variations have disappeared.

I have not updated the theme since May and everything was ok up to yesterday. Today I have updated the theme and thought that it would fix things but it didn’t. Wp + Woocommerce are in the latest version

please help me out this is urgent

Hello,

Please delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and reupload it from a new theme package that you downloaded.

hey eva
I did this but nothing has changed
I also have other issues due to the update of the theme:
1. some of my translation disappeared in the single product page (the “sizing chart” and the “choose an option”) are in english and not Hebrew
2. in the cart page, all the layout is wrong, in need it to be like before: the list of items takes 2/3 of the layout and is on the left side and the other 1/3 (the right side) is a “box” with all the sum + shipping (cart totals)

please help:(

Hi,

I’m having the same problem with variations not showing up. I deleted the “woocommerce” folder and uploaded the new one from Legenda v2.8.1 but it didn’t work.

Hopefully there’s a solution to this soon!

yes you may upload the theme files will this fix the 2 issues:
1. the variations disappearance

As we haven’t produced new theme version yet which will be compatible with the latest version of Woocommerce plugin, we recommend you to revert back to old Woocommerce version until theme update is released. It will be updated within a week.

Hello @Kevin,

Please check the description of our theme update:

Pay attention to the files that were deleted: http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0817/h_1439794170_5940258_acd46deb52.png
You must delete them from your theme folder too (in wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce directory). After that check your products.

Hello again!
ok so everything was fine for a number of days, but now have these issues:
1. the add to cart button disappeared from a single product page.
2. And also the products picture is gone.
3. Also for some reason the site is very slow all of a sudden (talked to my host and all is fine on their and.

hey guys,
So this is where I am right now, I had read this post: https://www.8theme.com/topic/missing-buy-button-and-images-on-product-pages/
and did the same. It fixed the issues with the add to cart + picture of single product. But the cart page is all messed up again. T tried to upgrade and then downgraded the woo version to less then 2.4 and that didn’t fix the issue. here’s a link to the cart page: https://www.chuchick.com/cart/
and my home slider disappeared after updating the plugins.

Could you please clarify with details what is wrong with Cart page? Regarding the slider you need update the plugin to 5.0.4.1 version https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

ok so I got the slider fixed
the cart page should look like on the demo

like I said i had tried to update and downgrade woo versions (2.3.13)
but nothing helped

OK so i don’t know code but, I had tried switching to another theme and my variables work fine, look: https://www.chuchick.com/shop/flowered-tutu-dress/

so I guess this is a the issue were the variables disappear.

Hello,

Variations are shown with parent Legenda theme, so it means they are not loading only with the child theme because of the customizations you made.
You have to check your own changes yourself as we don’t know what you edited in the code.

Hello,

I’ve checked the product https://www.chuchick.com/shop/dotted-lace-dress/ and variations aren’t shown even with Twenty Fifteen theme. Please check yourself.
You have to ask Woocommerce support regarding this issue and mention to them that the problem persists with Twenty Fifteen theme too.
