2 Installation erros - by santiarango - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi! I just bought Claisco but right after activation in WordPress Themes panel I get these two errors:

Warning:require_once(themes/classico/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/ReduxCore/inc/class.redux_instances.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /themes/classico/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/ReduxCore/framework.php on line 35

Fatal error:require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/themes/classico/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/ReduxCore/inc/class.redux_instances.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php’) in /themes/classico/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/ReduxCore/framework.php on line 35

Could you please help me on what to do?

Hi Eva, I downloaded clasico theme again from EvatoMarket and this time it has: class.redux_instances.php but now there is another file missing: extension_theme_updater.php which is in: /classico/framework/thirdparty/options-framework/extensions/theme_updater/extension_theme_updater.php’

I got these two errors:

Hi Eva, it seems I had a problem with WinZip and I wasn`t able to unzip the folder correcctly, i didnt it in another computer and the installation worked fine.

I`ll let you know if I get any error in the config process.

I’m am having similar issues. Every time I install the theme I get these errors…

Hello @ABlackWebDesign,

Please ask your hosting provider to enable allow_url_fopen function and try to activate theme after that.

Wow my host will not allow that function is there a work around?

Hello,

You can ask your hosting provider to enable that function temporarily, just to be able to install the theme and demo data. Once it’s done they can disable the function again.
