404 error Page not found (My account page)

    Hi,
    I am facing a problem with my account page (“mon compte” in french).When i click on “mon comte” in my menu , i have a”page not found” error as showned on the link below:

    How to do to solve this problem?

    Hello,

    As I see there is a redirect to https protocol when you try to open “My Account” page. Have you set this redirect or install SSL certificate?
    Please check it. Also provide us with FTP credentials in Private Content.

    When we entered public_html folder we saw empty directory. Please give us permissions to access site files.

    I am not sure to have understand what you need.
    Do you want credentials to access the site files via ./wp-admin?

    If yes, please find the credentials in the private content.

    As you can see we entered public_html folder, but there is nothing inside of it. How can we see the files?

    The problem is related to SSL certificate. When I’m trying to access your site via https I’m getting this page:
    http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/15/0904/h_1441348078_6527015_564f59ad61.png

    You should contact your hosting provider regarding this issue.
