  Hi there. I have uploaded my logo in the customizer, saved the changes, etc. But the royalstore logo still shows up in the header (it will click to my homepage). How do I get rid of it once and for all???? http://www.donnavaldes.com/corporate-one-page/

  Hello,

  have you uploaded your logo in Theme options > Header > Logo image ?
  Also please provide us with admin credentials for your site in private content.

  Yes, I did upload my logo there. And when I go back to that, it shows as being loaded.

  Hello,

  The credentials you provided are incorrect. Please check if logo is present in the page editor, go to Pages > edit the page > check “Page Layout” box on the right, the field “Custom logo for this page”.

  Hello,

  The problem is caused by one of your plugins. Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and keep only the ones that are required for our theme. After that clear browser cache and check your site.

  Hi Eva,
  I disabled all the plugins and cleared by cache… no such luck. Since my last post, I added two products to the store. None of the theme options seem to be working, which leads me to believe that the theme options just aren’t being recognized and why my logo or favicons etc aren’t showing up.

  If I delete the theme and reinstall, do you think that will work?

  I was able to replace the royal logo via ftp and doing an overwrite. How can my other issues be resolved, mainly to get the install to recognize the theme options????
