  Hi,

  we have Royal Theme on a site of one of our customers. When we open it with Chrome Browser the Live Chat appears correctly, but in Firefox Browser the Live Chat is not displayed.
  We read that Firefox does not read flash technology, the live chat is in flash technology or there is other issue?
  We hope that this issue can be resolved.

  Hi,

  Yes our browser is updated, We cancelled also the Browser History, but the Live Chat didn’t appear. Now we checked again and we too see the Chat. We don’t know why yesterday didn’t appear, maybe because it was Online for a short time. However the Chat now is shown properly.
