Hello, after installing the latest version of the theme appeared some problems.
– Pages behave strangely during charging.
-Size Of the site is unusually small and can not be changed
-Vizual Composter does not work in the pages of “products”
– Mega menu does not work

Hello,

you have updated theme and WordPress to latest version but have not updated required plugins.
Please make backup, download them here: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and update.

Hello, my version of the theme is 2.0. Now came a new problem: once downloaded and uploaded WPBakery Visual Composer, the plugin can not be included and receive the following message: The extension can not be included, since it causes a fatal error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare hex2rgb() in /home/tripping/public_html/jarrow.bg/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/include/helpers/helpers.php on line 1155

Currently the site is totally broken

Hello,

In this case we need FTP credentials. Please provide us with them.
Also I’ve checked VC editor and it allows to edit elements. Please view the screenshot:

Hello Evа I did pretty tests and found that these problems are available in google chrome. I did several tests on different computers with Chrome and the result is the same. I also noticed that chromium does not work and the module “Theme Options” And in all browsers have a problem with multiple pages / see below.

Hello Jack and Eva, thank you for your patience! The problem of truth coming from obsolete browsers.

I need a little help for setting the header:
1. When scrolling and menu appears, there is a large distance between the logo and links as a result of this relationship are arranged in two rows and warp header. How can I fix this?
2 Can we reduce the distance between the header and content pages?
3 How can I change the content in the upper black band? Currently, the right side has links to the page “my account” and I want to add more links. On the left there are the symbols of different currencies, and I want to put icons and links to social networks

Hello,

1. Please add this code in custom.css:

.fixed-header-area .header-logo { width: 20%; } .fixed-header-area .collapse { width: 100% !important; }

2. Use this code in custom.css:

.content-page { margin-top: 0px !important; } .page-content { margin-top: 10px; }

3. To add more more links to the right side of the top bar you need add Text widget to “Right side top bar area” in Appearance > Widgets.
To add social icons to the left also go to Appearance > Widgets and add Text widget with the shortcode [share] into “Left side top bar area”.
