Dear 8theme,
my legenda theme is currently not working when i try to apply coupon at checkout page. I can successfully apply them when i click on “view cart” but when i click on checkout, there is no input field for me to submit.
also, there seems to be a problem with adding to cart when my customer logged in. he shared with me that he received the notification of fatal error, although this one i am unable to show a screen shot of.
could you advise? would a upgrade of theme help? mine is currently 2.71

1) unfortunately ‘Apply coupon’ field is displayed only on Default checkout while you have selected Checkout step-by-step.
2) we have logged in, added to cart some products and everything worked correct. Does this error still appear? Please ask your user what browser, Operating System he is using and let us know.

you already have checkout set ‘step-by-step’ at the moment. You can change it to ‘Default’ or ‘Quick checkout’ in Theme options > Shop > Checkout page.

Sorry for a delay.
Please update WordPress and all required plugins. You can download the latest versions here:
https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Also the problem with coupon form is caused by one of your 3rd-party plugins. Please disable them and check the Checkout page after that. Clear browser cache before checking.
