    Dear support,
I am using the module “single image” within Visual Composer.
In this module, it is possible to add a link. However, when I save the module, everything is saved, but not the link.
The image displays well on the website, but there is no link associated with the image.
Can you please check whether there is an issue between the theme and the plugin?
    Thanks,
    Nathalie

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello Jack,
I have updated the theme (and removed the Woocommerce folder before updating), but it did not solve my problem.
The link I add in the “single image” module of Visuel Composer is still not recorded upon saving.
    Can you please check again?
    Thanks,
    Nathalie

    Hello,

It works with parent Legenda theme. As I see you made some changes in the file wp-content/themes/legenda-child/framework/vc.php. You need overwrite it with the file from the parent theme wp-content/themes/legenda/framework/vc.php and edit it to your needs.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello Jack,

Thanks for your answer. You get it right, it solves my issue. Many thanks about that! ^^

However, it creates another issue : the homepage is now in a complete mess. As an example, the image “Welcome” should be on the same row as the image “le bijou chouchou”.

In order for you to see the difference between version 2.7 and 2.8, I have placed a file called vc_old.php in the /framework folder of my child theme. This is the version I was using so far (based on your version 2.7).
The current vc.php in the framework folder of the child theme is the version based on your version 2.8

My changes into the vc.php (and vc_old.php) file cannot be the root cause of the issue. The sole change I am doing is reversing the order of the two lines below (slightly above line 1700):

    $output .= "\n\t\t\t".$image_string;
    $output .= "\n\t\t\t".wpb_widget_title(array('title' => $title, 'extraclass' => 'wpb_singleimage_heading'));

The intent is to display the title below the image and not above it.
I do not change anything else in the file… Your code must be creating the issue.

Can you please have a look at it?

    Thanks again,
    Nathalie

    Hello,

The problem is caused by margin value that you added to the column: http://storage1.static.itmages.com/i/15/0703/h_1435920750_1896195_bcb915aca2.png
Remove it and check images after that.
Also check other columns that you edited.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

You are 100% right, thanks Richard !
I have set these old parameters as I started to use your theme, because margins were not working without these strange margins. But now, they are useless, and are creating defects.
    Thanks for your help !
