  Hi,
  I am using Royal – Doctor and my media library is coming up blank. I have enclosed the login info of the site in private content. I have tried deactivating all plugins to see if that helped and it did not. I am not sure where to go from here.

  Hello,

  The Media Library is empty even with default WordPress theme (enable Twenty Fifteen theme and check it). Have you uploaded any images there?
  Ask your host to check permissions for files, especially for wp-content/uploads directory.

  Hi Eva, Thank you for your response – there are default images that come with the theme that I can see are in the folder in the Cpanel that the Media Library should be reading. It also will not allow me to upload anything new.

  Oh and I checked permissions and I have full permissions to write in the upload file

  I reinstalled wordpress and now it seems to be working fine
