Abnormal behaviour on Mega Menu - by Hoellwarth

Hi all, I’m facing an abnormal issue on using the mega menu. I carefully followed what’s written in the documentation but:

– my menu isn’t full-width even if I specify it
– the menu item image, even if I write “with-image” in CSS class and I set “right” as background position, is showed under the menu.

In private content you can see a screenshot.

Please can you kindly help me out with it? Thanks in advance

Hello,

Your screenshot can’t be viewed. We’re getting an error “Access denied”.
Also provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

I see it correctly; however in private content I shared it on Dropbox.

Unfortunately in this case I can’t give you FTP credentials. I’ll send you wp-admin later on.
