  I just update the template and appear in the header the following text:
  APPEARANCE > MENUS
  SET YOUR MAIN MENU IN

  What can I do?

  Hello,
  this notice means that you do not have main menu set for current theme.
  As we can see now – your site has main menu displayed correct now.
