Hi,
I am facing the problem using my website in Apple Ipad.
1. Menu of my website is not working.
2. There is a page called:(skin care tips) in which sub-tabs with in the page are not working.
3. Search within the website is also not showing the right results.
Link for the website is in private content & please look after this problems because we want to make the website live soon.

Hello,
1) I’ve just checked menu and it’s working perfect. Please see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/76kt1z
2) Please try to add this code in custom.css file
.page-id-15612 .vc_col-sm-6.wpb_column.vc_column_container {
position: initial;
}
3) As I see search options working fine. Could you please clarify us with more details?
Regards,
Robert Hall.
Hi Robert,
Yes, the other 2 points are working fine . Thank you.
But in case of search, when i type in men or men’s range for example it takes us to some other products or shows no products. And when i try a category then it takes us to that page. But in that case how would a user know a category, they will just type in may be a face cream or face wash. etc….
Can we specify some key words which would help us in extensive search.
One more thing when you open the website in any browser for the first time it loads very slow (please delete your cookies & enter the website address again), can we do something to make it fast. As we downloaded W3 cache plugin it makes our website fast but our website starts misbehaving. Can you give us any alternative for this?
Regards,
Karan
Hello,
You said
As we downloaded W3 cache plugin it makes our website fast but our website starts misbehaving
Please clarify what exactly is wrong with your site when cache plugin is activated.
Concerning the search you may try to edit the file wp-content/themes/royal/woosearchform.php on line 15 and remove the code <input type="hidden" name="post_type" value="product" />
. In this case you’ll have default search form.

Eva Kemp.
Hi,
In regards to W3 cache plugin when installed, our menu tabs on top of the website start misbehaving. For example if we click on about us, it takes us to the about us page but the highlight is still on home page.
Point 2: If we remove this code “<input type=”hidden” name=”post_type” value=”product” />” from the website and search a specific product, it searched the whole website including other pages and even the result is not right for that product search. For example: search “Men” it picks up some other products and content from different pages and shows example” Search for ” Men” pic up all words complete or incomplete line “mention” so it will pick up men from the word mention also.
Please find the Credentials in private content.

Karan

Hello,
Sorry for a delay.
We’re investigating this issue.
As soon as there is some news we’ll let you know.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hello,
In cache plugin settings you had option “Object Cache option” enabled, which caused the issue.
We’ve disabled it and now the menu is working fine.
Please clear browser cache and check.
Concerning the search you have to use some 3rd-party plugin to get search results as you want.
Sorry for inconveniences.
Thank you.
