    Please how do i go about receipt of the ordered products mailed to the user/customers ?
    and also can i upadte to the latest wordpress 4.2?

    Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear.
    Could you please clarify it with more details?
    You can update Wordpess but don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before update.

    Woocommerce email notification / receipt not working

    like when a customer orders a new item email notication of invoice not working

    Hello,

    please temporary switch to default wordpress theme and check, will email notification work while creating order with default theme active?
    In addition, please note what theme’s and woocommerce versions are you using?
