  Move wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/cart/cart-totals.php

  to wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/cart/cart-totals.php and overwrite it…

  It because they forgot to copy this (its outdated)

  Hello @CJMillar82,

  I’ve reuploaded woocommerce folder in wp-content/themes/legenda directory. Your old folder has been renamed to woocommerce_old in case you made any changes in those files.
  Please clear browser cache and check Cart page now.
